Requisitos:

University degree in Economics, Business Administration; or Agronomic Engineering, priority for rural, agrarian and/or associative topics or some applicable thematic area (Master`s Degree preferable)
Minimum seven (7) years of equivalent experience in international development and resource mobilization, fundraising, grant management, partnership development or project management.
Minimum four (4) years' experience in jobs related to resource mobilization.
Proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals of large values within a complex business environment.
Work Experience with International NGOs.
Experience in working with major donors, including USAID, USDA, European Union, Local Government, World Bank, IABD, as well as UN Agencies and others.
Knowledge and Experience in sustainable community development.
Networking and communication skills with the ability to develop effective partnerships.
Proven capacity to lead and strategically manage the development of a practice area and to secure funding for new initiatives.
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
Computer proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, email and Internet (Microsoft Office)
English Language Skills Proficiency (written, read and spoken)- Mandatory
