Job Description:
Provide technical support to our clients customers as well as troubleshooting appliances such as HVAC systems, OC detectors, Security systems etc.
Requirements:
- 18 or older
- Advanced English and Spanish Level (Spoken and Written)
- Typing skills
- Relevant work experience in Tech Support (is a plus)
- Relevant Customer service experience
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and basic troubleshooting skills
- Schedule flexibility
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 1:00am
