Job Description:
Provide technical support to our clients customers as well as troubleshooting appliances such as HVAC systems, OC detectors, Security systems etc.

Requirements:
  • 18 or older
  • Advanced English and Spanish Level (Spoken and Written)
  • Typing skills
  • Relevant work experience in Tech Support (is a plus)
  • Relevant Customer service experience 
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Schedule flexibility
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 1:00am
