Video Editor & Director of Photograpy - Tegucigalpa
- Involved in all stages of video production including: Preproduction, Video acquisition/Production, Post
- Production editing, and motion graphics.
- Works closely within a team to develop concepts for new video projects.
- Prepares equipment prior to production, which may include multiple cameras and microphones, tripods,
- display monitors, lights, and cables.
- Develop ideas and conceptualization for video productions, creation of scripts, storyboard, storylines etc.
- Gathers digital elements and assets needed for both highly produced and quick turn-around videos
- Proficient in conceptualizing ideas and developing into fully produced videos, animated sequences for
- distribution on a variety of digital platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, video production or equivalent
- English proficient, both verbal and written
- Experience in the creation of commercials, tutorials, motion graphics/animation promos, and infomercials
- Experience with video production software such as: Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Experience with 3D animation software Cinema 4D desirable
- Must be proficient with broadcast and video camera equipment, audio recording equipment, video editing
- software on PC/MAC platforms and digital SLR still cameras and lenses.
- Comfortable with digital SLR still cameras and lenses for video purposes
- Competent in mastering videos in different HD formats and setting for a variety of delivery methods
- Collaborative, flexible, and creative thinker
- Self-motivated and disciplined with strong work ethic
- Live production experience desirable
- Graphic Design skills desirable
